Booking & Payment
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before your tour.
International bank transfers are accepted.
PayPal
PayPal payments are available with a 7% processing fee.
Invoice
An invoice can be provided upon request.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
More than 90 days before the trip: 70% refund
60–89 days before the trip: 50% refund
Within 30 days of the trip: No refund
In the event of a natural disaster, national emergency, or widespread infectious disease outbreak, the trip date may be rescheduled.
Trip Date Changes
Trip dates can be changed from 90 days before the original departure date.
Please note that the itinerary may be changed due to local weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
E-Learning Materials
Once e-learning materials have been registered or activated, the payment is non-refundable.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late and miss the departure or are unable to board the boat, no refund will be provided.
